OTHER THEOSOPHICAL BOOKS:
Apart from the above mentioned books there are valuable contributions on Angels and or Nature Spirits to be found in C.W.Leadbeater's The Inner Life; The Hidden Side of Things; The Hidden Life in Freemasonry; Glimpses of Masonic History ( now republished in a Quest paper-back under the title Ancient Mystic Arts ); Man, How, Whence and Whither (jointly authored by C.W.L. and A.B.) and Geoffrey Hodson's, At the Sign of the Square and the Compasses.
Also of interest is the Theosophical Publication Regents of the Seven Spheres (previously called Watchers of the Seven Spheres ) by H.K. Challoner (T.P.H. London 1966, 1976) and the compilation Devas and Men by The Southern Centre of Theosophy. T.P.H. Adyar 1977.
JOURNAL ARTICLES:
Numerous articles on the Angels are to be found throughout Theosophical, Liberal Catholic and Co-Masonic Journals. Many have already been incorporated in some of the above mentioned books. Later I will put out a list of journal articles which have not yet found their way into books.
OTHER BOOKS NOT PUBLISHED BY THE THEOSOPHICAL PRESSES:
There are also many books from authors who have slightly different variants to the Theosophical impulse, although are in sympathy with the Path Ideal of service. There are other books which have a commercial tinge to them, I find these are better left alone. Some books which have been very helpful to me are:
Nature Spirits & Elemental Beings (Working with the Intelligence in Nature), Marko Pogačnik, Findhorn Press, 1995
Working with Angels, Fairies & Nature Spirits, William Bloom PhD, Judy Piatkus (Publishers) London, 1998
Journey Into Nature ( A Spiritual Adventure), Michael J. Roads, H.J. Kramer, California, 1990.Contains important information on how the god Pan trained the author.
Enchantments of the Faerie Realm (Communication with Nature Spirits & Elementals), Ted Andrews, Llewellyn Publication, St. Paul, Minnesota, 2001
Behaving as if the God in All Life Mattered (updated and Revised), Machaelle Small Wright, Perelandra Ltd, Warrenton, Virginia, 1997
Devas - the World of Angels and Nature Spirits, Eskild Tjalve (currently awaiting translation from Danish to English)
Bill Keidan
